ToonsTranslate is operated by Elyria LLC. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Elyria LLC.

These Terms govern your use of ToonsTranslate and purchases through this website. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. The service and your account

ToonsTranslate provides automated translation of comic images you upload. We sell credits for this digital service, not the comics themselves. Results can contain translation or formatting errors; review them before relying on or publishing them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Provide accurate account information, protect your login details and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for content you submit and activity you authorize.

2. Credits, prices and delivery

Each page currently uses 1 credit. The cost is shown before translation starts. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Prices are in USD; the final total and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges.

Credits are added after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. Contact support with your order reference if a confirmed purchase is missing. There is no physical shipment. Processing time depends on the images, queue and service availability; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiration. They are account-bound, non-transferable and are not currency or a withdrawable balance. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and applicable law. Account deletion removes your remaining balance; contact us about an eligible refund before deleting your account.

3. Limits and paid benefits

Accounts without a completed purchase can submit up to 10 images at once; accounts with a qualifying completed purchase can submit up to 100. Each image must be JPG, JPEG, PNG or WEBP and no larger than 10 MB. ZIP archives must contain only supported images. The limits shown in the tool also apply to pending work.

Paid benefits include higher priority and limits, and no watermarks on eligible new results. Priority does not guarantee an immediate start. Benefits are determined when a request is accepted; a later purchase does not change an earlier request or result.

4. Welcome credits and promotions

Where offered, welcome credits are available once per eligible person, verified mailbox and browser. Email confirmation is required. Duplicate accounts, automated registrations, or deleting and recreating an account do not create a new entitlement. Browser and network signals help assess eligibility. Contact support for review if a shared device or incorrect match affects you. An unsuccessful free-credit claim does not by itself prevent use of purchased credits. Free credits have no cash value.

5. Your content and acceptable use

Only upload content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to process. You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You authorize us and our providers to process them to deliver translations, store downloads, investigate errors and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Translation does not grant you rights in someone else's work.

Do not submit unlawful content, infringe copyright or privacy rights, upload malware, bypass security or payment controls, abuse promotions, overload the service or resell access without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law or protect users. You can contact support to request review.

6. Failures, refunds and cancellation

Credits for pages recorded as failed return automatically to your account. This is an account-credit adjustment, not a refund to your payment card. Other pages in the same ZIP continue processing. Our Refund Policy explains cash refunds, cancellation, duplicate payments and quality complaints.

7. Availability and your rights

We may maintain or update the service and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Price changes apply to future purchases.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect losses from reliance on an automated translation. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
